During the past few weeks our team has been interviewing dozens of students and their families who live in the villages surrounding Tchey School and Angkor High School in Siem Reap Province.

The interviews are continuing the work started by students from the Eugene Lang College at the New School in New York.  We’ve been conducting the interviews in the students’ homes to help us get to know the families better in terms of their challenges and strengths in supporting their children.  The students in this case are candidates for our secondary school scholarships which cover full tuition.

The scholarships are crucial to our work in improving access to education in some of the poorest areas of Cambodia.
