An Epic PLF Fundraiser: 10,000 Miles Across South America!

Internet Brings a New World to Tchey School

The Ponheary Ly Foundation’s tech ed program took a giant leap forward this December as crews installed the World Wide Web at Tchey School.  PLF students are part of a very small group—only about 3% of Cambodians currently use the internet. (more…)

The Ponheary Ly Foundation promotes access to public educational opportunities and the health and well-being of children and young people in Cambodia’s Siem Reap and Preah Vihear provinces.

We believe that in order for children to learn, they must have food security, a stable place to live, transport to school, and access to medical care — the same everyday supports that should be afforded to children throughout the world.  (more…)

Computer Lab Launched at Srayang Dormitory
